SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Avercara accepts returns of products still in the original packaging with the original tags
attached. We offer free return shipping within 30 days of purchase. You can
choose to exchange the product, return it for store credit, or get a refund to your
original payment method.
To return a purchased item, follow the steps below:
1. Email us at connect@avercara.us with your name, items ordered, and the
order number.
2. Within 3 business days we will respond with a return label for shipping if your
claim is valid.
3. Make sure the items you’re returning do not have any visible signs of use
and have the original tags attached or it is not eligible for a refund.
4. Package the products into their original packaging.
5. Bring your package to the post or order a free pick-up from your location.
We will process your return within 10 days of receiving it and items will be
assessed whether or not they are eligible for refund. If your return products are
accepted, you will get the refund within 14 to 30 days of the return.

- Water and Stain Resistance: While our leather bags are crafted for durability, it’s important to protect them from moisture and stains. Consider using a leather protector spray that repels water and prevents stains. Always follow the product instructions.
- Avoid Direct Heat: Keep your leather bags away from direct sunlight, heat sources, or extreme temperatures to prevent fading and drying.
4. Storage
- Correct Storage: When not in use, store your leather bags in a cool, dry place. Use a dust bag to protect it from dust and avoid hanging the bag, as this can distort its shape.
- Maintain Shape: For structured bags, consider using a bag insert or stuffing the interior with soft, stuffed materials to help maintain its shape.
